12th Feb 2010, 2nd call for posters
With established capability in micro and nano science, ETCbrunel channels university expertise directly to the commercial sector, through investigative consultancy and with the development of end-user focussed research. The Centre also supports the university, industry and other academic institutions through the provision of expertise, teaching and professional development.
Recent policies and debates have brought the impact and relevance of university research into the limelight. We are pleased to announce the programme for this meeting, which will showcase a number of case studies highlighting our work across disciplines, including engineering, biology, environment and forensics; these topics will demonstrate varied routes for collaboration between universities and industry, and develop discussions on the benefits of this cooperation for the wider society.
